EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK ACKNOWLEDGMENT & AGREEMENT
I acknowledge that I have received, read, and understand the Roberto’s Real American Tavern Employee Handbook .
I understand that the handbook outlines important information regarding company policies, procedures, expectations, and standards of conduct, including but not limited to:
Professionalism, service standards, and workplace behavior
Attendance, scheduling, and dress code requirements
Safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
Anti-harassment, equal employment, and workplace policies
Alcohol, drug, and electronics policies
Disciplinary procedures and expectations
I agree to abide by all policies, procedures, and expectations outlined in the handbook as a condition of my employment.
I understand and acknowledge the following:
At-Will Employment
My employment with Roberto’s Real American Tavern is at-will, meaning either I or the company may terminate employment at any time, with or without cause or notice, in accordance with applicable laws.
Policy Changes
I understand that company policies, procedures, and guidelines may be updated, modified, or changed at any time, and I agree to comply with any such updates.
Responsibility to Ask Questions
I understand that if I have any questions regarding the handbook or its contents, it is my responsibility to ask a manager or supervisor for clarification.
Compliance with Standards
I understand that failure to follow the policies and expectations outlined in the handbook may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
Confidentiality
I understand that the information within the handbook is confidential and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without authorization.
